How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider working safely beside a home in Fulshear

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Chainmoving Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Chainmoving Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Chainmoving Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@chainmoving.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which can include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
